Shenanigans Posted June 24, 2004 Posted June 24, 2004 Wow indeed! I'd personally love to find that dog and shower him in cookies. The healing power of these creatures is beyond amazing! Quote

courtnek Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 that made me cry. all those people, and that man, had a Guardian Angel that day, in the form of a dog that gave love to the unlovable. Perhaps the dog somehow sensed this man's depression (they're good at that) but also somehow knew he was not all bad. How do they do that? Most dogs dont befriend "bad" people, they tend to become defensive. Yet somehow THIS dog knew.... I apologize to the non-believers, but this only reaffirms my faith in God.      Quote

imported_Cassie Posted June 25, 2004 Posted June 25, 2004 Looks like the guy is going to get the help he needs. It certainly took alot of preparing to get the attention he sought, kinda sad in a way. I don't think the guy would have gone through with his plan any way. He wanted to get caught to get the help he needed. Its kinda sad when our jails have turned into resorts instead of punishment :-?
