Pet Peeves or funny things your Dogs do

Just for fun ( since there is alot of tension here lately ) what are some pet peeves (sp) your dogs do that irritate you or you find funny?
I'll start..
Asim > Funny, When your sleeping he lays he head on your pillow to licks your face away. He chews on the girls stumps(tails), he chews on the girls extra skin on their face. He can only drink room temp water from a hampster looking water bottle.
Peeve, Runs away from the vacumm. Eats paper from the trash.
Free > Peeve, Barks at anything and everyone (shadows, ants) she will go crazzy at anything that has wheels except for cars. She will attack the vacumm even if it is off. Eats my house plants.
Funny, She will wait by the fridge when we are getting ice from the dispencer hoping 1 will fall on the floor so she can get it. Jumps in the tubs after we bathe to lick the water off of the shower curtain.
Patti > Peeve, Farts too much. While playing with the others she makes weird growling noises that makes me run into the room thinking she is hurt.
Funny, she runs away from everyone and anything she is a big scaredy cat.

Hehehe, where do I begin?
Ok, annoying things my Akita does. If I am pecking away on the computer and she wants something she will come sit next to me and just start staring. I think she believes that she can burn a hole through me if she stares long enough. If I dont give him, she will toss a paw on my thigh to tell me "Get off the computer and pay attention to me." Kira is actually a great dog and doesnt enjoy annoying the world.
Dex on the other hand does whatever he has to to get attention. When he is ignored, he will go grab a sock or Christine's underwear to get my attention. On weekdays I get up at 5:30 to walk him. On weekends he wakes up at 6:00 and wants to get the day started.
Oh, and when I get back from our 5:30 walk both dogs decide its great fun to start horsing around and acting like boneheads. Hehe, its quite a scene, Christine sleeping in bed to suddenly hear "ROOOOAAARR" and the two of them shadow-boxing.

JC takes his treats and buries them all over the apartment

Yes! Many times I've gotten into bed to find myself lying on a yucky bone. Chloe also likes to stuff them down between the sofa cushions.

Once, I found the wrappers from 3 candy Santa Clauses behind the cushions, but no Santas. :(

Goo: Annoying- Nothing too bad, butt licking, diving in front of me when she knows I'm in a hurry, normal dog stuff :roll:
Funny- When someone comes in, Annie always insists on standing behind her as she wags her tail, which of course results in Goo whapping her in the face, then Goo turns and looks at her like "duh!" :lol:
She also taught herself to open the gate to my room if both clips aren't latched... breaking the gate in the process :-?

Annie: Annoying- BARK BARK BARK.... WHINE.... everytime she thinks I'm gettign ready to go somewhere.
Funny- she chases fish in the water, she'll trot out onto the pier, and if she sees one, follows it with her eyes until it it disappears or comes close enough for her to dive in after it :lol:

Haley: Annoying- Grabs my pantsleg every morning when I get up and hoists it up around my knee in her excitement. Breaks into my room and raids my things.
Funny- she wakes me up in the mornings if I don't get up to let her out for her food and shot. I'll be half asleep and feel her pacing back and forth over me in the bed, or she'll start making dying animal noises as she breathes in my face and stares at me until I can't ignore her anymore and have to get up :lol:

Casey: Annoying- raids trash.
Funny- Arooooos when she gets excited

Joey- Takes trash dug out by Casey and hordes it in the crate :roll: And he licks obsessively too.
Funny- Dances around on his hind legs when he gets excited, and rolls over for root bellyrubs :D

Peeves: Snoopy lays across where my legs are suppose to be when sleeping, so I ended up sleeping in weird positions. She eats goose poop by the pound when I don't pay attention :tard:. She also barks at anything that's within 2 miles of our house, regardless if it's a piece of paper or people.

Funny: She sits like a ducky with her butt on the groud and her hind legs wide open (pictures someday). When I get home from work, she gets so excited that she make snarlly faces at me, position her butt at my face, & wages her tails (which she have none) so hard that her whole butt wiggles. She covers up her own poop & pees when she's done with snow or grass depending on the weather. She also like to greet my friends that comes in with her nose up their butts or crouch.

Peeves for Banzai is that he gets in my way and doesn't move. I swear I must say MOOOOVE at least a dozen times a day, I sound like a freaking holstein! He also jumps in the bed the minute I get out of it in the morning, so if I have a pee break from sleeping, I have to again MOOOOVE him out of the way.

Quirks for Banzai is his attitude, he's really much like a cat. He snubs people, he's not too keen on being cuddled and he moans and groans whenever he doesn't like something. He also holds mighty grudges. When Westminster was on during the hound section, I was busy cross-stitching and not paying much attention to the screen, anyhow, when the judge talked, Banzai got up, creeped up to the television, and gave a moan and a snort and walked away in a huff. I thought he didn't like a dog noise he heard. However when I took a look at the judge, I realised that it was Banzai's old vet and he was reacting to his voice. I wrote the vet letting him know what happened, it was truly funny.

Peeves for Shenanigans, he's as dumb as a post sometimes. I grew up with BCs, Shelties, Collies...herding dogs, usually sharp as a tack. Shenanigans is about as sharp as a cob of corn. He also has this annoying habit, only in the back yard to not come when he's called. He knows he's going inside and thinks of it as a game and so he starts charging around expecting me to chase him.

Funny things Shenanigans does...well he's as dumb as a post and it makes for some entertaining moments. He has fights with is feet, where he'll lay on his back and slowly raise his back feet towards his head. All the time barking and growling at them until a fight breaks out and when it's finished his feet lower...then repeat the cycle a dozen times. He likes to squish the cat which is funny because the cat will get on it's hind legs and give him a few bats to the head, to which he tears off and usually brings a toy back to the cat as an apology (the last thing the cat wants is a smelly stuffed animal shoved in it's face). Basically Shenanigans lives up to his name so there's seldom a quiet moment when he's awake.

Peeves: walking and stepping on me, ALWAYS having to lick my face, klanking his foodbowl, grabbing arms to carry, being excited in the mornings.

Funny: does summersaults (sp?), sticks his nose in peoples butts/crotches (not encouraged of course but it is funny when guests jump suprisedly or try to pretend nothing is happening while discretly nudging his nose away :lol:), has a food obsession and will eat anything.

glad Snoopy is not the only one that does that. why they do that is a mystery to me. Although Snoopy also have a food obsession, wonder if it's link somehow?

must be e deaf dog thing, becuae Cody licks all the time and wont stop, my arm, my face, the floor, the bed, the couch the wall... oy vey!
They both hate the vaccum, Cody will herd it around the room while i'm vaccuming. it's quite funny...

Annoying things Zebra does- At night when everyone is relaxing or going to bed zebra will whine...and whine...and while..do this horrible sharp bark and whine some more. It's just beyond annoying.

When he finds kleenex and eats them causing his poop to be....paper. :roll:

Jumping in front of me everytime I start to walk somewhere, so that I nearly trip and fall on top of him.

Cute things that he does- Giving people doggie kisses when he walks by them.

Bringing me his toy and putting in on my lap.

Putting his head on my lap and wanting to be pet.

Doing little hops and jumps when he knows he gets to go outside.
