Mutt_Lady Posted May 31, 2004 Author Posted May 31, 2004 Hiya Aonir!!! Aonir napisaĆ(a):Amaya - an American Eskimo. Got her August last year.. Her 1 year bday is June 10! I love eskies! Aroura Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 Two Dogs Montie - Papillon, will be 2 in July!!! I got him when he was 14 months old from a breeder, he had no fur on his ears and they looked like little bits of leather - his litter mates chewed them off and so the breeder had to keep him for ages, I thought it would never grow back but they are nearly full size now! I don't like to play favourites, but of all the animals I've ever owned he just makes me so happy, he is so cute and cuddly and treats me as though I'm the centre of the universe, if I could have one wish it would be that Montie lives forever  Cassie - Papillon, 4 years old. I've only had her for a little while, she is an ex breeding/show bitch. I found out after I got her that she has been kept in kennels her whole life so is struggling to fit in to indoor living and 100% pure love 24-7. She's an utter sook and loves to snuggle in close to anyone she meets. Three Rats Enzo - my darling boy, he's a rare mink blazed rat who I had flown down from brisbane. Arwyn - pure white, pink eyes, good lines (show lines), shipped down from the same breeder, was going to breed her and Enzo but have decided to have Enzo desexed instead. Nea - Cute, adorable, attention seeking champagne rat. Very intellegent and extremely demanding! They're all only about 6 or 7 months old now. Three Gold Fish Mate, Miss Bitch and Nemo. Nemo looks like a clown fish, he's gold with a white stripe down his middle. I'm thinking of getting another one though, I've gone through so many, Miss Bitch is the only original one left and I've had her for over 2 years  One Boyfriend Josh - 20 years old. Hard to house train, but easy to feed. Not as fluffy as Montie, but just as cuddly. Affectionate, demanding and intellegent, though he does have a personality clash with Montie, they are jealous of each other and are always fighting for my attention  Quote
Sharpeigirl Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 Apollo a rottie & Zeus a GSD 10 ferrets & 8 birds Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 Bentley- 18 month old St. Bernard Roxie-5 month old St. Bernard Caeser-2 year old Husky mix Three cats, Petie, Piper, and Paws. All from the same litter and adopted from the local Humane Society Phil the turtle, red ear slider. No idea how old he is though. We've had him about 2 1/2 years or so. Got him from my ex-husband when he wanted to get rid of him. 2 kids, April, 9 , and Christopher, 4. Oh yeah, I'm married too! All in all the dogs are the simplest to take care of! Quote
Aroura Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 Oh and I forgot to mention I'm getting a whippet puppy soon too!!! He's due to be born tomorrow!!! I just put photos of mum and dad as a sig :D Quote
bk_blue Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 One dog- Blitzkrieg (BK, Blitz, Blitzi, bubsy, little boy, etc etc), 9yo male desexed blue heeler/border collie/something else cross. Adopted from the shelter at 6 mths. Hyperactive, muscle-bound, boisterous, intelligent, loyal, lovely, tough but sooky dog who is only just beginning to slow down! Lives at my dad's house and used to also live with me, both when I was out of home and when I was younger living with dad. Two cats- Isabella and Ferdinand, both about 4 months. Live with me at mum's house. Isabella is a tortie and Ferdy is a tabby. Both of them are Trouble with a capital T! They're in that adventurous, mischeivous stage where anyone and anything is fair game to be pounced on, explored, scratched at, tossed around and so on. Ferdy is the most gigantic sook in the world, if you like sloppy kitten kisses and having your head kept warm as you sleep by his fat little tummy he is the guy for you. Bella is a sook too but she pales in comparison to Buddha (Ferdy). Bella likes to sit on my lap as I play on the computer or right in front of the screen so I can't see what I'm typing, I'm sure she does it so I have to pay attention to her to get her to move.  Quote

Guest Mutts4Me Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 I used to refer to Sasha as a Chow/Shepherd mix, but that's an oversimplification. I'm almost positive that she's some kind of Chow mix, but what she's mixed with is a mystery. 100% purebred American mutt. Of course, when she goes camping at the campground that has banned multiple breeds including Chows and GSDs, she'll be a Collie/Golden Retriever or a Finnish Spitz/Golden Retriever... something... I've got 5 cats. One is a Siamese from a breeder (mom's friend), and the rest are rescues of various sorts. I'd love to tell you all about them, but time is limited. I'm away from home right now, and I miss my kitten Scooter most of all. At this point I have *counts on fingers* 6 betta fish. They're amazing little creatures. I've lost one since I left, but I knew I wouldn't see him again when I left. He was quite old. I miss my fish and am constantly resisting the temptation to get a new one here... but I don't want to subject him to a two-day ride home in September Quote
imported_Kat Posted May 31, 2004 Posted May 31, 2004 Border Collie 7 and a half called Meg (love of my life) Golden retriever (nearly 13 yrs old and still mad) called Zoe Scottish wild cat called Abby (8 yrs old). Her mum escaped after she had been mated and she ended up having the kitties at our surgery so I took one and am honoured to be owned by Abby. Bin Laden (originally called Vincent) 3 years old and a wee tear away rip! Opens the fridge and cupboards and helps himself so that us lot get the blame for leaving something open or eating all the food :o Mandela- South American Blue headed Green iguana - 7 years old 2 Zebra finch called Ziggy and Izzy 1 goldfish called Nemo usually have fosters from time to time as well that can be anything from an injured bat or fox to orphaned kittens/puppies  Quote
