As for Rabid's question. If this is actually a question not a nettle you may want to try wording things more politely. And yes the majority of lab owneres can fairly easily tell their dogs from other dogs. Even if it was hard I'm sure it wouldn't matter to them as it would have no real impact on their lives if they were good owners. And no not everyone wants to know, you want to know maybe but not everyone even ever considered this. And there are tons of folks here (Hmmm, HF, Courtnek, myself and plenty of others who I may have forgot, sorry.) who aren't afraid to say things that may upset other members due to content or point of view), we just try to do so politely and civilly. Don't just make blanket statements out of hand without knowing what you are talking about please.

If you were more respectful, people would respect you more and maybe answer your questions. I'm a member of many different boards on a lot of topics and Dogo is a very forgiving board. I can think of one board in paticular where you would have been banned long ago. On this paticular board you put one toe out of line and your banned for a day, twice, and your banned permanately.

I agree with the others that your presentation of your "question" was both insulting to some, and demeaning to others. There are tactful ways to ask and answer questions. Like DP said, I am not one to keep my tongue on certain issues, and yes, I do sometimes get upset and "not-so-tactful"...

for the most part, we all here try to be as civil to each other as we can. And that's why the majority of us get along so well. You are allowed to have a dissenting opinion. You are not allowed to be insulting, and ram it down people's throats. If you have real questions, just ask them politely and we'll help the best we can.

I would find him. I know his specific look, how he stands, how his body moves, I know his eyes.

This is so sweet, it brought tears to my eyes. :oops:

I have a tan ECS - pretty common colour, but put him in a room with a hundred thousand tan ECSs and I'D STILL FIND HIM. It'll take me a heck of a lonnggg time, but I won't miss the love in his eyes. I hope you find that with your dog/s too (then you won't have to depend on just their physical attributes to tell them apart). :roll:
