I watch the show every week..this one made me cry...


An Epscoplaian priest...married a woman who loved dogs. He introduced the dogs into his sermons...and found that the flock loved, and responded to them. He found them able to heal, respond, cure people of lonlinenss;
sadness..he would let the dogs, Goldens in this case, after mass to visit with the people. The people loved them, and responded.

when his wife died, he kept up her belief that dogs could help people.
could give them strength, love them no matter what....

He brought the dogs to mass, every day. let the people pet them, know
them, love them....

Thank God, for dogs...

Oh I think I've seen that on! Did they have a christening sorta thing for everyone's pets? If not then it was prolly a different one :lol:

yea Hazel, he blessed everyone's pets at the end. There was a priest that used to do that in a town near here...

I was reading the bible and can't remember the exact verses...but, the bible does not speak well of dogs at all. :(

But, it is fantasik what the minister is doing...animals do help people feel at ease. They use dogs alot with abused children. They find a child will open up and talk to a dog about their problems at home rather than speaking directly with a counsellor.

the bible contradicts itself in a lot of places....I still think God gave us dogs for a purpose. That's just me. After all, it was written by people, not God.
And not properly translated, people are starting to find out....
