IF your dog was allowed previously and IF the rules changed mid-stream and IF you have a medical reason for having your dog, you have legal rights. You may need to contact a lawyer dealing who is knowledgeable about such matters.

If it's an assistance dog of any kind, legally they have no case. Assistance dogs are legally allowed everywhere, even restaurants. If you are an epileptic, blind, deaf, or have any medical reason to need the dog, they homeowners board cant make yu get rid of it.
