Is someone trying to poison Zebra?

Well I'm perty furious right now. I think someone might be trying to poison Zebra. Today I found 4 pills on our lawn. This wouldn't be such a big deal if this was the first time that there have been pills on our lawn, but it's not. About 3 weeks ago my mom found about a dozen white unmarked pills on the parkway in front of our lawn and today I find the exact same pills on our lawn, unmarked and white. The other thing is that they were ground into the lawn with grass thrown over them. It looks like someone stepped on them because one of them was broken up into small peices.

I picked them up (with gloves) and put them in a bag. My mom works with people that are police officers so she is going to ask them tomarrow what we can do if anything. And hopefully one of them can pull some strings and get them tested or something.

The thing is most medications wheather it be over the counter or perscription are always marked, always! So why arn't there any marking on these pills? It's just too weird. :-?

You can call poison control and they can tell you what pills are unmarked.

sick AND stupid....(fortunately) most dogs would lick one pill and spit it out. Most of them are very bitter tasting...

do you have issues with yuor neighbors? Definitely see if the police can get the pills tested.

That's just the thing my neighbors on the left of us are an older Asian couple and they are nice and the neighbors to our right are nice to us too, they don't speak very good english but they say Hi when we are out side and say Hi to Zebra when they see him with me.

And Zebra has never snapped or barked at any of our Neighbors and pooped in anyone elses lawn. There is no reason for anyone to want to hurt him. :-?

weird. however there are sick people out there who get their kicks from harming animals (as we all well know). Hopefully you can find out what sort of pills they are. Is there any way to monitor events? eg camera

Oh my! Im sorry to hear this Some people are SO sick I hope you find out what they are and who is doing this but mostly that your dog stays safe! My girls are good and all but I still worry alot about someone doing something bad like that. In the last town that i lived in someone was going around shoting dogs in their back yard for no reason at all. Several lost a leg but some didnt make it at all. After that I never let my girls out alone.
