Hello Ca de Bou Friends:

So Much time has passed and the Ca de Bou is better than Ever, great type and good owners everywere. I am overjoyed to announce this weekend is a historic time in PR, as we will have Rafael Malo judge our FCI show this weekend. This was a surprise for us, but we have been able to confirm 3 of our top Adult Male Ca de Bous for the Event, Shrek, Nuckles and Mauro, as well as our recent Import and bred by our friend Douglas Baird (Rufus). We are very excited as Rafael Malo has long been considered the top Ca de Bou specialist behing Club President Sergio Gual, and it is an honor to have him.

This a very important year for the Ca de Bou in PR, as our line is stronger than ever, and we are expecting Great litters like Nuckles and Nickie, Mauro and Leona, among others, a VERY exciting time indeed. Hope to hear from all of you soon, and will post pictures of this historic EVENT!!!

no i są jush wyniki wystawy na Puerto Rico, wygrał Nucles i cieszy mnie to bardzo mimo, że wolałbym Mauro na jego miejscu, ale moja Aga cieszy się jak dziecko...Bo wygrał jej ulubieniec, więc niech jej będzie...

I really would love to talk to you about this as just an email honestly isn't enough, but with Mr. Malo, I feel vindicated in a way, although not everybody could make it, as it was a saturday and most work on that day, we had like 6 members of the Club with family, and 5 dogs. He was aware we wanted to have a meeting with him and he announced once we got near him he was eager to talk to us. When we, my friend Richard (Nuckles owner and I got to the ring, he stopped us and told us that we had no idea what a TREAT this was for him, to see not one, but to Great dogs on the other side of the atlantic was truly great, and that we he loved the both of them. He said Mauro had a better head, but Nuckles had a Classic Tito body, and his favorite color. He gave Nuckles the win and told us to please meet with him later. We met for like an hour and discussed about EVERYTHING. History, the bad dogs in the east, how difficult it is for him to be invited to shows and arrive to see Ca de Bous that look like an American Bulldog, or a Presa C. or other breeds. Not typed dogs. He told us that the breed is in crisis in this case, and he felt something special when he came to the ring and saw this 2 Extraordinary dogs, and this were his actual words, to the Club and its members. He spoke of shy dogs, that he was happy to see that Nuckles and Mauro were eager to get on each other, something we never hear from judges from europe or the states, yet, when we met, Mauro was with us hanging out, and he asked me to walk him for a while, he said he has the temper a Ca de Bou should have. He said something we thught was funny, he said you can have the Brad Pitt of the Ca de Bous but if he was timid or shy, he was good for nothing, and definetly not for breeding. That he was surprised that we knew so much about the breed, and that he knew Chimo ended here. Nuckle's owner invited me to dinner as he was so happy, you see he is a friend of mine that was waiting for a son of Mauro, but when I saw Nuckles he looked so much like Mauro as a puppy I called him and that is how he ended with him. He also gave us some advice in breeding we always think of but have never done. He said to cross Mauro and Nuckles and inbreed with their daughters, then refresh with something similar and then go back to them, basically he said follow those 2 and inbreed to them. He did not see Shrek, Maximus or Trivilin, and he gave a very good to the other dogs. He like Rufus but he said all young dogs should get a very good until they are developed and you can see them as males. We are very sad because he only saw the surface of what we have, but he gave us his email and told us next time he comes we will have a gathering and do a specialty. Rafael Malo was a TRUE gentleman and a teacher to us for a while. I hope now we canow that we can bring Sergio soon and it is now great time as every litter now gets better and better, we are finally producing what we want.

tak pozatym to wklej no jakieś fajne fotki tych portorykańskich burków. Masz może fotki rodziców Nuclesa? Co to za rodowód?

A narazie jadę do dziadków... wiesz mama poleciała do siostry na kilka dni to siedzę i pilnuję domu.Czyli z Parówką zalegamy na kanapach i nie chce się iść do sklepu nawet chleba kupić. Kluczyki od samochou są więc czemu nie ;) Ja mam szczęście do cudzych samochodów jak zapewne już wiesz :evil_lol:
