I'd have to have one big enough for my larger dog to get through, at 75 lbs., that would let an average sized human in as well....and no one is here during the day. plus, I;d have to take the storm door off, and winters here wont allow for that....I've always wanted one..... about the only advice I can offer is treat trainng to get your dog(s) to use it.... JackieMaya Posted March 8, 2004 Posted March 8, 2004 It's been in the 30s and 40s (Fahrenheit) for temps here lately (and I'm very warm-blooded), so lots of times I'll just leave the back door open when I'm in the kitchen so Jackie and Maya can come and go at will. Unfortunately, I can't do that in the summer because of all the bugs. Quote
