Whats the longest amount of time a dog could be home alone?

It really depends on the dog's age and the individual dog. Some dogs cannot be alone very long at all without having major seperation anxiety and others are fine. What kind of time length are you thinking of?

while im at school, my dad and mom work

my mom works for 3 hours
from 11 to 2 so its actually around 3hours and 30 minutes every weekday starting next fall my school year

I would say most dogs would be fine being alone that amount of time. If you get a young puppy it would be too long so if that's what you are doing maybe wait until you are out of school and can stay home with the little guy. A well adjusted adult dog should have no problem staying home 3 hours by himself though.
