Guest Anonymous Posted February 25, 2004 Posted February 25, 2004 OKay, I just had to post this because I know everyone else loves their dogs for simular reasons... but this is one of the reasons I just love my Coaly... Today I had kina a rough day, like usual. Wasn't TOO bad, for once Jared and i didn't get in a fight    I got tons of my work handed in in Drafting so got caught up, but yet it was still a lot of work to do, had course selections and the fact I prolly won't graduate with everyone is even more clear :( and then in Biology I worked my Butt OFF to not get homework and get more caught up. Jared has to work today until 9:30 as well so I had to take the bus home and sit by myself. On the ride home I got a headache, everyone's SO loud, and the stench of peanut butter and jelly sandwhich was drilling into my nose and I thought if I didn't get fresh air soon I'd die. (I KNOW that smell anywhere, when I was younger I'd NEVER eat mine and my bag REAKED!! We use to have bets to see who could keep the bag on their head the longest    ) I just kept feelin more misserable and tired and just plane bad right? So we're driving along the reserve and I'm looking out the window and see these kids standing there with a big black shaggy dog. Then when we pass the skate rink I see this little black lab + standing on the ice looking ever so lonely :( THEN I seen this husky curled up in the snow (oh yeah, no one on the Rez ties their dogs up, there's PACKS everywhere! ) The more I saw dogs the more and more I couldn't WAIT to get home to see my puppy!! So I get home and there's Coal tied up sleeping on his blanket on the porch (mom went out of town) and so I go "COALY!" and shout to him as I'm walking down the drive and I can see his little tail thump on the porch. I get closer and he's still lying there, putting on the puppy eyes of course  So I untied him and brought him inside and he was just ALLLLL WIGGLE BUM! SO excited to see me and to go inside and was just a happy go lucky dog and it was SO nice to see him! He cheared me right up instantly and I played with him for a while and my headache is even gone! I just LOVE comming home to a dog! :D It's gota be the bestest feeling in the world!! :D :D Wouldn't you agree? Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted February 25, 2004 Posted February 25, 2004 Coming home to a dog that loves you is absolutely the best feeling in the world. They make you feel like you are their entire world and just instantly cheer you up! :D Quote
JackieMaya Posted February 25, 2004 Posted February 25, 2004 When I open the door and see those two wigglebutts of mine, no matter what kind of mood I was in, I'm immediately in a good mood. I look SOOO forward to getting home to see my puppygirls! A house isn't a home without a dog (or two) in it! Quote
