Guest Anonymous Posted February 18, 2004 Posted February 18, 2004 Just adopted two 8 week old black lab / border collie pups from our local shelter. Now that the all-important naming process is finished (Zinzan and Tuxedo, for the curious), we're considering housing issues... Can they stay crated together indefinitely, or should we plan on two crates? If two, when should they get separate homes? Anyone have any special tips for raising two siblings? Thanks much! A. Quote
JudyHoffman Posted February 18, 2004 Posted February 18, 2004 Separate them now in two separate crates or x pens. They will learn to "learn" off of each other instead of their humans. Do it now, they don't need to be together in a crate or xpen. Quote
