Guest Anonymous Posted December 24, 2003 Posted December 24, 2003 Alright, my parents are so mad right now, like you wouldn't believe, and little ol' me is trying to keep the peace and everyone out of trouble, yet feeling loved at the same time, and BOY IS IT HARD!! The evening started out... I had to bath Coal, mom said it had to be done before X-mas, so I figured today's a good of day then any. He has actually gotten a lot better with that, so it wasn't much trouble, just hte mess left afterwards, and the smell of wet dog through the whole house. So Coal, all squeeky clean, and I, filthier then ever  go upstairs (actualy, I chased him screaming "YOUR STILL WET, YOUR GOING TO SLIP IF YOU DON'T SLOW DOWN THERE MISTER!" ) and mom is sweaping, and steaming mad. You see, we just swept and vaccumed the whole house yesterday, it had gotten to a point were you can't walk up the stairs without getting, what i like to call "fuzzy slippers" on your feet :o And already today the there are tumble weeds of dog hair blowing through the hallways. So I bring Coal in the computer room with me while mom complains, and when she got downstairs, she starts freaking out about how there's a weavel (sp?) in the hallway. Dad smushed it with the remote, I think it's fair to say I will never watch TV again :o My parents said it must have been attracted by food, and that them little suckers multiply lots :| So dad said it's gota be the old Dog food. We have a bin full of dog food that's been sitting in that closet under the stairs since before I even put Hazel on the BARF diet :o :o I swear, honestly... I've been meaning to clean it out   So I ran back in the comp room to tell people I was chatting with on MSN I'd be right back because I needed to clean, and suddenly I hear this gaging sound. Coal was of course flipping out, but it wasn't him choking. It was Cosmos, sitting up top on the tall book shelf. Let me just tell you, that was NOT fun getting puked on by projectile vommit :o :o :watpliwy: So I'm screaming, Coal's flipping out, for like FIVE MINUTES I SWEAR (maybe not that long, but felt like it...) and mom and dad STILL don't even say "whats wrong?" from the other room, so I ran out there and told them. After cleaning the puke off me, mom cleaned the rest of it in here, while I washed out that tub of dog food. Stink stuff I tell ya, blegh! :-? While I was cleaning it out, our nosey miss Daiquiri and Taz decided it would be fun to crawl through the now open closet, which was wavering unsteddily with the bin being gone to support many boxes. SO, I bet you all know where THIS is going. Yup, all them boxes of old stuff and halloween and Xmas Decorations come CRASHING down into the bootroom. I had to later go find the kitties, who were hiding and looking sad and tell them we still love them  OH! AND, meanwhile, somewhere inbetween all this, I gave Coal his food and toys and what not and locked him in Kat's room where his crate is so he could be out of the way and wouldn't get yelled at again for playing in mom's dirt  So while all this is going on, little mister "I can't be left alone for 5 seconds" starts crying and barking. I had to tell everyone to just ignore it or he'll never know, he did settle down after a while, but boy I was hated this evening :o :o And my conclusion to all this you ask? Well, I still love each and every one of my animals, but I'm afraid my parents are getting a little upset :o They claim "NO MORE CATS, NO MORE DOGS" yeah right... I bet when I'm gone and take Coal and Daiquiri, and when all the kitties are gone *knocks on wood* then they'll get some more   Quote
