On wednesday Paddy is going to have his male bits removed He has to be there at 9 in the morning he will be allowed home at 3 in the afternoon
he has an eye infection in one eye which the vet is going to have a look at.
At the same time He has had eye drops but the eye has not improved

I have decided to stop showing him. He is hard work in the ring.
The vet is going to have a good look at he eye while he is under the annasetic s/pei do suffer with eye trouble but this is Paddy's first infection
I hope he does not notice his bits are missing

Hope Paddy feels better soon.. and doesn't go through withdrawls of his little fellas.. oh and no licking withdrawls!

YAY! so glad to hear that everything went ok with his surgy!
Cody was the same way.. he got dropped off at the vet and was the first one to be fixed i called the rescue groupd at ll ( he got fixed at 9 ) and they said i coudl go up and get him ( he was 2 hours away) becuase they vet called and he was bou=ncin all over the place back to normal

I remember Rowie had an ear infection the day we took her to get spayed. Our dogs are so alike

of course they are alike they were born on the same day remember
Glad to hear that the surgery went well and that Paddy got an early mark.

I think he got off early for being naughty not because he was well

Yep, this happenned to us too---Hippo started barking her head off when she woke up (because we've abandoned her and allwed her to be put in a cage), drove them crazy, and when I called to ask if I can get her in the evening as planned, they said, you can get her now, please do :lol:

Tyr was the same, when we went to pick him we could here an occaisional bark from some dog in the back but over them all we could here this mournful, full-throated, LOUD, howl/moan. Poor dear was pretty distressed, he quieted down as soon as he saw us, must have been driving the vet office mad.
Glad Paddy is home with you now.
