mydogroxy Posted November 8, 2003 Posted November 8, 2003 ok ok, so it's my pit bull, but it's still a good story. today, roxy finally met a child and she was soooo good! i put her gl on and brought her down to the kitchen where he was. within minutes she was taking obedience commands from him and he was feeding her some treats. she stayed by his side most of the time too. it was a big breakthrough for both because the boy is generally afraid of bigger dogs (he's only really met toys before) and she has always been afraid of kids. by the time he left he was telling her that he would come by and visit again and she was following him down to the fence. i'm so proud! this calls for some celebration!
