TOday when my hubby called he told me something Horrible!!

A lady who lives below justins freind Otter ( justin =my hubby) was watching Otters Pure Breed 6 month old Pittbull. ( the girl watching him , well her hubby also works with my husband and otter.. make sense? )
well "supposily" someone in MGT said she needed to get rid of hte dog or she would be evicted ( she never siad she was petsitting while the owner was away ).... soo she takes this 6 month old pittbull inwhich otter paid $500.00 for and BROGHT IT TO THE POUND!!!!!! with out even telling Otter about it!! not only that but she brought it the pound in Tacoma, and there if they get a pittbull, sadly they put them to sleep when they get them! and i've met this dog he was a GEM! the perfect dog! so sweet and lovable..
Well Otter found out about this while he's done in Cali with Justin and this guys wife. he's soo pissed!! Otter has had this dog since it was 7 weeks old!!! can you belive it. this girls just ups and gives it to the pound! otter gave her the big huge pen for the dog and he was completly house broken and everything... he's heart broken. i've been trying to see if it was still at the pound, for i would go and get him and give him back. the lady owes otter the $500.00 but i haven't seen him.. and i fear he's been putdown!!!!

similar to my case - they will take any dog in, no matter what? without verifying, or questioning, the person on ownership???

not even try to stop them?

THIS IS SOOOOOO WRONG...

Otter has known the Lady's Husband for a while ( since he got to the company) but then this is the same lady who said about her husband " he's young but cute! " she's 22 and he's 19..... stupid people make me sick.!!!! I agree DL i think she owes WAY more then $500.00 and the puppy has been put down!!!!! can you belive that>!?! it was the sweeties little itty bittie puppy! i'm so mad i just want to go over there andknock her head in the brick wall a few times... i feel badly for Otter. for he loved this dog.. His wife is out of state so the doggy was his roommate and freind! such a sad story.. i hope that stupid B**** gets what is comnming too her!!      :evilbat:

DAL Otter may have a case. She didnt own the dog, she was petsitting. SHe had NO LEGAL RIGHT to turn the dog over to the pound, since it wasnt hers. She lied when she told them it was her dog...You cant take
someone elses dog and turn it over to the authorities; unless you can prove cruelty to the animal. Otherwise, it's theft. And even in the cases of
cruelty, usually someone with authority has to come get the dog...

Someone needs to slap this stupid bitch upside the head. I would do so with a lawsuit....

WTF??? :o
Why would she say the dog was hers if it wasn't? I just don't get it? :-?
I hope this silly bitch gets what is coming to her, I really do hope there is something Otter can do and that this women goes through as much suffering, no, more, than Otter has

I think Otter should gt himself a good solicitor/lawyer and sue this woman. Not only is what she did fraudulent, but it's theft and passing on stolen goods (for want of a better term). I would also see if he has a case against the pound, as legally surely they are meant to get proof of ownership? :-?
