ferky1 Posted October 21, 2003 Author Posted October 21, 2003 Oh man, this is scary. That really is my wife. Worlds are colliding!!!!!! as for you, Amber, I don't recall ever admitting defeat. If my wife wanted to win an argument then she shouldn't have married a lawyer! Thanks for the wisdom Judy. You actually offer to cover 50% of the spay/neuter cost? That is impressive (and expensive). You ever breed Shih Tzus? I have to go now, my wife is making me get off the internet. Quote
JudyHoffman Posted October 21, 2003 Posted October 21, 2003 No, I don't breed them ......... I breed Belgian Sheepdogs! I don't make money on breeding, but I do love the breed and want people to love and appreciate them also and yes, I offer to reimburse 50% of the spay neuter cost after it is completed with proof of spay/neuter from their vet. Friends of Animals has a wonderful spay neuter program that most vets take and it is at a discounted price. I also give my puppy buyers the application from FoA for them to check out. Quote
ferky1 Posted October 28, 2003 Author Posted October 28, 2003 I just wanted to give a follow up on this thread. NJ law says that the breeder has 120 days to get the papers to me, they were delivered yesterday, 117 days after the purchase. It took many phone calls, but luckily I never had to involve the AKC, ASTC or my legal skills. Miles will soon be an AKC registered pup. Go Miles! Quote
Malamum Posted October 30, 2003 Posted October 30, 2003 So glad you got it sorted out without having to involve the AKC. I guess some people don't actually intend to do the wrong thing - the just get slack and need a kick up the bum. Quote
