She was very spoiled today: she got her own thanksgiving meal, with boiled chicken, potatoes, carrots, and peas :D Got herself stuffed and fell asleep in the middle of begging from our table :lol: how did your (spoilt) dogs spend thanksgiving? BTW, today in class our Social Studies teacher said that Christopher Columbus was actually mean, and a real jerk. First of all, when he got to America, he thought he was in South India, so he called the people that were living there "indians" and he basically enslaved them and took them back to England or where ever to prove he had been around the world. :-? (Which he hadn't done) AND while on the ship he was mean to his ship mates, and they were about to commit mutiny, but to calm them down, Christopher said that the first man to spot land would get a big gold coin. A couple days later when someone spotted land, and asked for the coin, he said he had seen it the night before and didn't give the guy the coin. The story is even in the ship's records! But when we had Turky on Friday Jared came over, and that's about it. It was kina a sad Thanksgiving. Coal never got any... I never even thought about it!! :o He always get scraps and lots of cookies throughout the day, so I never even thought it was possible to spoil him some MORE! :lol: But we still have Turkey left, and no doubt will be eating it for weeks, so I'll give him some next night we eat it :wink: And Happy Turkey Day to Everyone else in Canada! :D Quote
