Rash??

I noticed today that all of my dogs have a pimples like rash, two in their arm pits and one has it on her belly. It looks just like pimples, with red bumps and puss, there is only a few. It doesn't appear to be itchy or sore, they are not scratching it. I haven't changed their food or given them anything new to eat. We were out in the bush in a new area within the last week. Other then the rash, they are healthy..eating and everything else is normal. Any ideas? I could only get a vet appointment for Monday :(

K, yes they all have been in really long grass lately. And wheat fields. It could have even been some nettles, because there was some in the grass.. :cry:

Is it weird or not normal that all three dogs have the same rash? That's what worries me. I can see one maybe being icky with grass..but all three? Maybe though because of their common breed!?

It could have been that the grass was sprayed with some pescitide, or there was some posin ivy/poisy oak type of thing in the grass.

Hey the POTpitbull...your dog might be lying on the weed you smoke,didn't know it causes red bumps.
The members of this board are too nice and did not realize who you are but they are not stupid ..time will show them.
I see your dad came back form the graveyard,didn't you say he was dead so that many of us were so sorry for you??

I am a moderator on a pit bull board that was relentlessly and maliciously trolled by Nichola. (the PoutyPitbull)

"PBLover" is posting in the hopes of sparing you folks the shock of being lied to and manipulated as we were - many times.

The person that you are defending is not a harmless troll. In her many incarnations,she has stolen pictures belonging to others, spammed boards with incredible obscenities, and has trolled and lied on many boards, including a rescue board, wasting space and possibly causing a dog to remain in a shelter when it could have been fostered. This is truly vicious and cannot be overlooked.

I have chatted online with Nichola a number of times, and asked her why she betrayed the very people who were sympathetic to her and attempted to help her, as when her dad died. (I see he has made a miraculous recovery and is again alive, for which I am glad.)

Her reply as to why she did these things was "I was bored" and that she enjoyed fooling us and seeing how long it would take for her to be caught.

Her story about her boyfriend impersonating her makes absolutely no sense in that if someone wants to impersonate an individual, wouldn't that person use the name that everyone is familiar with? Why would this boyfriend try and hide the very identity he was attempting to steal and use to discredit Nichola?

Every message board has trolls, and usually they are more annoying than anything, but this one is truly malicious and her activities span a long period of time. She is a master of prevarication, and I understand why you believe her. We all did too.

She is the reason we had to change our entire registration procedure on the board I moderate and hopefully she is gone from our midst forever.

The reason for my and PBLover's posts are ONLY to try and give you a "heads up" on this person, but of course it is your perogative to disbelieve us.

Now you may ban me and delete this post. I just couldn't let this go by without at least trying to save you wasting emotional energy in advising and sympathising with someone who is toying with you to relieve her "boredom".

So far Pouty has added intelligent responses to many of our conversations, she has not claimed that anyone has died.......... maybe I'm just gulable....... for now Pouty has hurt no one, and I don't see a problem with her being part of this community............. I dunno.......... I will wait to see others responses on this topic. :-?

I doubt that you're gullable, I'd say you are like we were. caring and only wanting to be helpful. This truly the way a good human is supposed to be.

Nicola fooled all of us for almost a year, myself in particular and I communicated often with her/him. And came back in several forms and fooled us again and again. She's quite good at the "game" as she called it.

We just trying to warn the members here, and trying to keep you board from experiencing the damage our board experienced.

I recall the lovely seaside pics of your dogs - and your inability to provide an appropriate geographical location.

Remember your hubby - the professional photographer, who took the pics, which, no doubt, were 'borrowed' from someone?

And the dog who died of a broken heart - all this emotion (and emotional drain for the members of this and other boards) because you are bored???

And the many other myriad tragedies ...

After some thought about this thread, this is all I have to say about it...

I understand where the posters from other boards are coming from, and I cannot say if I would act or feel differently in their shoes. There were a lot hurt feelings, betrayed people and some very serious lies told. Games were certainly played.

That being said I think it's a little unfair that not one person from the other boards has ever once asked for proof. Proof I have time and time again, offered. I have given my personal contact information out, down to my telephone number and address...not because I am trolling, or wanting to further the lies and games. But because I want this to stop, because I have nothing to hide and I want to some how make this alright.

I thought about leaving the board, but I am not going to. Because I have done nothing wrong, and I am not here to troll or cause problems.

I am truly sorry to all the posters and members of Dogo, that this was dragged over on this great board. If anyone has a problem with me being here, please talk to me about it. If I am not welcome here please again let me know. If you want to talk about the past with me, please contact me in private. I have no intention of trolling or hurting anyone on this board. I will continue to post in the same way I have posted on this board right from the start.

I will only touch on this subject...but yes my Dad is alive, and yes he has bladder cancer and is going through treatment. Thank you for your concern. I am adopted yes. My REAL mom did have a serious drug addiction but has been clean for almost 3 years. I was there when she got her first year cake and I will be there for her until the end. I love her and my adoptive parents dearly. And I dont think you have any right to drag them into this.

I hope this will put an end to this thread, and that people will come to me with further questions, comments or concerns. I welcome them all good or bad, from anyone from this board or otherwise.

I feel the same way! I don't understand this at all! It doesn't seem like Nic is somekind of troll... That's just my honest oppinion. Mabye I'm naive, but I think she's an OK person actually. If I have to be completely honest, I have to say I haven't met a single person on dogo who wouldn't be nice.
Does anyone have any accurate proof about Nic doing theese things? Because the way things are now, I believe Nic. And for me to stop believing her, I need proof, because I believe in the "inocent untill proven guilty" -thing. And atleast for now, I feel Nic is inocent.
