But think about the 13 yrs you've spent with Poppy. I can't see the screen, everything is blurry and my throat is tight. I am so sorry for you and Hubby (and Paddy and Gladis). Remeber, she may not be there in body, but she is there is spirit. Poppy will be with you no matter what. You made the right desicion, ending her suffering. She is waiting for you at the rainbow bridge. But seeing the pregnant bitches and young puppies scavenging in the streets while I was on holiday makes me think how very very lucky Poppy was to have such a wonderful life with you. To be loved and cared for and live a long life, she was truly blessed, and you were blessed in return with her love and devotion.
