Crested Posted September 15, 2003 Posted September 15, 2003 I'm SOOOO stressed out here!! I'm trying to figure out everything what I should get before I go and pick up Bella. I'll be spending the weekend at my cousins and leave at Friday. Then on Saturday I'll go and get Bella and back to my cousins. Then on Sunday morning I'm heading back home sitting on the back seat with Ben on one side and Bella on the other. Now here's the problem... I have tons of homework and a driving lesson tomorrow and all I can think about is Friday! PLEASE HELP! I mean... c'mon!! Who can be without jumping up and down constantly when you have an eight week old puppy that looks this cute waiting for you on the other side of the country!! /Crest Quote
mouseatthebusstop Posted September 15, 2003 Posted September 15, 2003 you have waited a long time for Bella it is quite understandable how you feel. she is very cute Quote
Crested Posted September 15, 2003 Author Posted September 15, 2003 Mouse: I know, but it's so horrible! I have to constantly think of something to do to keep me occupied. If I don't I go MAD!! Quote
sheltielover Posted September 15, 2003 Posted September 15, 2003 Oh Crested, I wish I could help you....but, I am just as excited as you are about getting her!!!!! Quote
Angelboddy Posted September 15, 2003 Posted September 15, 2003 She is soooooooooooo cute. I can understand why you have puppy fever. :D Just a little more crested.............and she will be in your arms in no time. Quote
Crested Posted September 15, 2003 Author Posted September 15, 2003 ...and then the ear tapeing, house brakeing, puppy training etc. will begin. And I CAN'T WAIT!!! I must be crazy! Many think it's horrible to pick up poop and wipe pee from the floor I have no problem with it. I don't think it's disgusting or anything like that! I MUST be crazy. Quote
Sanvean Posted September 15, 2003 Posted September 15, 2003 Heck, I wouldn't be able to think about anything else, either! Quote
Aroura Posted September 15, 2003 Posted September 15, 2003 I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL!!!! I have to wait nearly TWO WEEKS before I can get Montie and its sending me crazy!!! I've just finnished a 1500 word essay on bananas (a day late mind you, now thanks to dogo!!!) and all I can think about it bringing Montie home!!! I have 3 more 1500 word essay I have to do before I get him too!!! Then I have to... go to gosford with dad (6 hours), catch a train from there to Sydney the next morning (another hour), get a lift from Sydney to Wollongong (a few more hours), stay with my friend in Wollongong until I can meet up with the breeder (or if she can't make it up, travell another 75 minutes to Penrose!)... then at the end of all that I have to go back to Sydney, stay there for a few nights, get a lift back to Gosford and stay there for another few nights, get dad to give me a lift to newcastle where I'm meeting my friend who is going to drive me all the way back to Armidale and then finally I can be home with my new baby!!!! What an effort!!! Good thing he's so cute!!! And I'm spending so much time just thinking of all the ways under the sun that I can spoil him!!! Plus travelling on a BARF diet etc... so much to think about!!!! Well, the crazy thing is that I've thought over it all about 1000 times, but am still thinking about it non stop!!! Oh gosh, I just realised I have a psych lab/test tomorrow and a biology lab/test the day after :o Better run, just keep in mind you are not the only crazy one on this planet!!! Quote
Aonir Posted September 16, 2003 Posted September 16, 2003 I waited for my puppy even before the bitch was pregnant :o was that a little to long? I got the pick of two litters too  Anyway, I didn't ask to see a pedigree - silly me. Now Amaya has only 1 champion in her whole line! So my idea of breeding/showing her dropped. But she'll make a good pet. And I still plan on getting her an Obedience title if she isn't show quality. (her bite doesn't look right so far... we'll see for more flaws as she's older) Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted September 16, 2003 Posted September 16, 2003 Just because she doesn't have a pedigree packed full of champions doesn't mean she's not show quality. Alot of people have good dogs, and breed good dogs, but don't have the time or will to show, but their dogs can still be healthy and if you're lucky they can still do well in shows!!! You could have stumbled across a jackpot, only but for the jaw (which could maybe change as she grows?) Quote
