Too many bones

Can you give a dog too many bones? Someone mentioned to me over the weekend that if you give a dog too many bones it will constipate them?

Is this true, and if so how much is too much?

Indy gets a big recreational marrow bone about twice a week and gets a small portion of brisket bone (eats the whole thing) about three times a week.

My dogs get bones every day and they are fine, though some dogs can get constipated from bones especially if they are not in proportion with meat. If you do see problems with her just puree some veggies with a little oil and an egg and it should pass right through.

I've always give my dogs bones and never had any troubleIt dont sound like to many to me,if your dogs like em then give them there bones.Just keep your eye on them and always make sure the bone's you give is the right sort. :)
