Good grief, what a bunch of stupid people.
OK, here is the case:
A woman and her daughter bought several puppies from a man and are sueing him because one dog had to be put down and the man never sent the papers for the dogs.
Now, the man says that the papers were lost and that he has contacted the original owner of the stud dog and the PET STORE where they bought the bitch, but that he still doesnt have the papers yet (pups are now 5 months).
The woman's daughter had her dog euthanized because it had bilateral patellar luxation. The vet and the orthopedic surgeon quoted $1,100 to $1,400 per knee to correct the problem.
The Judge ruled in favor of the defendant because the woman wanted money back for the dogs and for medical bills, but wasnt willing to give the dogs back to the owner.

Who else is feeling like all of these people are completely brainless?
Well, gee, no wonder the dog had health problems...the mother was from a pet store. The entire situation was so brainless I couldnt believe the Judge didnt cite them all for being idiots....

Anyone who breeds there dogs, whether from a pet shop or rescue is totally insane. Unless a responsible breeder doing it for the breed, then those irresponsible should be kicked up the backside and not allowed any pets :evil:

I agree Shannon.... :cry: I've also heard of people adopting pure breds from the pound, and breeding them. The pound would allow them to do so because they where "pure bred"!! :evil: URGH! Brainless, idiotic people...!!

[color=darkred]My next door neighbour has 2 Boxers, Milly the female is brindle and Jake the male is white...both were rescue dogs.
She spoke to me a while ago about allowing Milly to have a litter, which I thought then.....what an irresponsible owner you are if you allow that to happen....she as been waiting for this to go ahead for months, well recently I looked out the bedroom window and saw Milly in the garden...there she was with her teats hanging and belly like a balloon.
I thought to myself poor girl she will have know idea if her puppies will ever go to decent homes with the love and care they will need.
I am sure they will because they do love there dogs but that isnt the point.....its uncaring of them to allow it to happen in the first place, as there are so many uwanted dogs already in this world, but unless the owners have books about breeding and know how much hard work that as to go into the care of the mother and puppies whether there pets or show dogs. I can't see that happening, she having time off work to be with them....well we will see. I do know that whatever they feed the dogs must be crap....there stools are always lose, where as our dogs are solid.
Milly should be fed on a good nutrient food now not crap she is having now...honestly some people think they know it all.
