Guest Anonymous Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 Check this out, it's very detailed: http://www.samthedogtrainer.com/Articles_Socialization%20Checklist.htm Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 Micheles right that is just basic dog socialization. and does your chart take into account dogs that react badly to those scenarios, because keep in mind its not unheard of for pit bull puppies to show dog aggression before they are fully whelped. So tell me Im sure I am not the only curious one BIG GUEST what breed of dogs do you have? How many and how long have you been researching on the pit bull. just kinda curious of who it is i am talking to. Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 I didnt even see the words "Pit Bull" in any of that!!?? APBTs arent like other dogs and if someone buys one thinking this they will soon find how wrong they were. Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted August 7, 2003 Posted August 7, 2003 TRhis is the previous page to the one above. BASSO BROTHER'S PRACTICAL DOG TRAINING SCHOOL PIT BULLS I have trained many pit bull dogs of various breeds... some nice, some nasty. The nice ones are typical of the pit fighting breeds. The nasty ones were usually made that way because of a ruined puppyhood (neglect, teasing, lack of socialization, abuse, etc.) or because of backyard breeding (poor/ questionable genetics). A properly socialized and trained pit bull dog is a fine companion for children and adults AND IS SAFE TO OWN. Quote

NOT OTHER DOGS!! I dont think anyone on here has said anything about APBTs not being safe with children and adults. Quote
Aroura Posted August 9, 2003 Posted August 9, 2003 I'm with Hmmm on this one, I keep wondering when anybody said that Pits were a danger to humans? To some of you guests that keep popping up (probably the same person under different names, trying to make it look that other people agree with them - we are not that stupid), I've heard you quote a few times that Pits are safe around people, but am begining to wonder what your point is? We know that already, so why do you keep pushing something we've all already discussed 1000 times? Can't you distinguish the difference between people and dog aggression? Like Rott, I'm curious as to your experience with the breed and if in fact you are just pulling this garbage off the net and posting it trying to get a reaction. Quote
