Guest Anonymous Posted August 5, 2003 Posted August 5, 2003 Saturday, me and a few friends went out into the fields to run dogs together. One of my males, Rock, a one year old Redbone, was injured. He, unfortunately, had a run-in with a weed called a devil's walking cane. For those not in the south, this is a stick-like weed covered in sharp thorns. I had to get tweezers and pluck out the thorns and bandage his poor leg. He is so sad, it hurts looking at him having to be inside until he is better. Soon, he will be out of the house and being himself again. Raccoon season is soon, so he will definately be better in time to tree some of them with the other dogs! 8) Quote
