I'm rather new to showing & though I've had Ridgies a long time, if anyone has any special advice in the ring~please~feel free to offer suggestions. I'm here to learn.

"get them excited" oh no thats the worst thing to do



I guess that comment was made assuming it was obedience showing in which case it is the right thing to do !! :-?
But obviously you would want a nice calm pooch for breed showing ........wouldn't you ? :wink:

I don't understand why you would get them excited even for obedience, because when both my dogs get excited, they totally ignore me.
