Daisysmom Posted July 5, 2003 Posted July 5, 2003 Remember I told you about my undergrad assistant and his girl friend who rescued a pit mix? Well, he told me on Thursday that they had to take him back to the pound because he kept attacking the girlfriend's neice :( They felt really bad, and apparently, he did this a few times. When they took the dog back the shelter workers surrounded her and asked all these question...... why... what happeneded.... and she kept saying you never told me he was aggressive towards children. Then, one of the workers slipped and said "well we told you he was aggressive towards children" :evil: But they never did!!! Are they so eager to adopt out their pits that they would lie?????? I feel bad for everyone involved here!!! BTY: The dog was from a shelter in Wilmington, where there are a lot of pits/dog fighting :cry: Quote

The animal shelter could have been held responisible if a bite had occured...they are supposed to give out that information...at least in my area that is how it goes.... Quote
