Plaster, really name Fai z Vlcich Luk was born in Czech Republik but his parents came from UK. Lady was not purchased, actually she came to me from heaven -- read the story here as to how she came into my life. http://www.cutefamilypets.com/PetPages/003_Lady_050602.htm When we found her parents, it turned out they belonged to a close neighbor. They are purebreeds but I do not believe she shows them. They sure are beautiful. You know what surprises me about flat-coats? That they are so smart and pick up commands so easily. Lady sure amazes us. I just know I will always have a flat-coated retriever in my life. We're lucky to have her. Quote

My dream was always to have two dogs: a Golden Retriever and a Flat-Coated Retriever. Well, I have two Golden-mix girls: one is black and the other is gold, so I guess that'll have to be close enough! Quote
