Guest Anonymous Posted May 19, 2003 Posted May 19, 2003 :evilbat: <== Coal. Coal has just recently discovered a little motter attached to his bum I think :o I think he also now thinks he's a crocidile. I don't know WHERE he got that idea, but he sure isn't allowed to watch Animal Planet anymore! :o (or at least The Crocidle Hunter) He's just so BAD!! He'll steal things, and chew them apart while you chase him around the house cuz he suddenly either discovered a motter attached to him bum, or his feet... because he sure as hell couldn't run like that before!! :o Oh, now he's chasing his tail. I tell ya, if he hadn't discovered his tail either, it'd be harder to catch him since every now and then he just has to stop to chase it! Puppies. Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted May 19, 2003 Posted May 19, 2003 yup, I mean look at this face!! It's SO obvious that he's Cerberus short of two heads!! :evilbat:  Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted May 19, 2003 Posted May 19, 2003 Awwww, how could you not love that cutie pie! He's saying that he wouldn't ever do anything wrong hehehe  Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted May 19, 2003 Posted May 19, 2003 hehe, Oh I love him. But he's still evil. I love my Evil Little Boy  Oh, is it just me who can see the little horms poking out of his head then? :hmmmm: Quote
mouseatthebusstop Posted May 19, 2003 Posted May 19, 2003 :iloveyou: NASTY EVIL MEAN PUPPY :lilangel: :iloveyou: Quote
courtnek Posted May 20, 2003 Posted May 20, 2003 he's not evil - he's a puppy - and WORSE - he's a LAB puppy - !!! lol Labs are notorious for all of the above - they chew, they run, they chase, they steal....The worse thing you can do is chase them, because then it becomes a fun game they will always want to play. Teach him to sit (and try stay, too) and then remove the object he has stolen and put it away. As far as chasing his tail, I never had a dog that didnt. He's just full of energy and burning it off....my lab mix has a white tip of fur on her tail, and she chased it constantly until she pulled all the white hairs out!! they distracted her somehow, bothered her....she would yelp when pulling them out, but did it anyway....LOL the bright side is, since he's a lab, he'll grow out of it....by 8 years old or so..... LOL Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted May 20, 2003 Posted May 20, 2003 Yeah, I try not to chase, but he just runs even if I stand there!! Coal's got the white tip too! I sure hope he doesn't pull it out though! :o Thanks for the heads up Court, I will look forward to year 8... *gulp* in the meantime... :o  Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted May 20, 2003 Posted May 20, 2003 Gosh, I guess he wants a swimming pool in our boot room :o Darn Lab!! He dumped his water on the floor, I walk in there and stepped right in it, of course the first thought that went through my head was "oh no! Coal peed!" you can imagine how relieved I was to find it was just water. But still! It's not fun stepping in water in your socked feet either!! :x Quote
Mama A.J. Posted May 20, 2003 Posted May 20, 2003 He is so adorable, looks like a purebred lab pup, too!!! One thing you must know about labs is that they will chew anything that they can get their little paws on, and once they get their paws on it...they think it is theirs  Landon, my rottie/lab mix, has chewed some of my shirts that I forget to put away...he has chewed up two dog beds, a sleeping bag, the padding that goes around our trampoline, a tarp, hmm...what else, oh he started to take the siding off of our barn ( :o ). And his most favorite thing: running around the house with MY undies!! :o (not good when guests are over) But I still love the little bugger. Labs are great dogs, they just love to run and play games and dig and chew...and, well. yeah. have fun, puppyhood is a blast. Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted May 21, 2003 Posted May 21, 2003 Not just labs chew everything ya know! ALL puppies do! Hazel was even worse the Coal!! :o He was actually pretty good today, took him outside, without the leash, and he did GREAT!! Played some games with the tunnel, oh he's guna be an AWSOME agility dog, I can tell! :D Boy, all that energy though! :o I'm just pooped but he's ready to go out again!!! :drinking: Quote

Gretchie will be 2 on Dec.25. , she's already 90+ pounds !! Vet thinks she's going to top out at 100+. :o She's definitely a sweetheart, has to be , to put up with her Jack Russell sisters !! :drinking: Gretchen , Bear claws Quote
