Guest Anonymous Posted May 12, 2003 Posted May 12, 2003 Hi: I am planning to buy a chihuahua, and have read quite a bit of info online about them. I see that there are two types (although I realize this only refers to looks, not an actual classification). I have seen them described as apple heads, and deer heads. My question is, does any one have photos to show me the difference between the two types? I would really appreciate it. I would like to know what I am looking at, when I go look at them, without having to rely solely on what the breeder says :) Thanks!! Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted May 23, 2003 Posted May 23, 2003 :D Hi As far as i know, chihuahuas are apple heads. the only two types of chihuahuas are smooth(short) coat and long coats. -Jossie Quote
Barbiro Posted May 24, 2003 Posted May 24, 2003 Visit my site (CuteFamilyPets.com) -- there's quite a few chihuahua owners there. In our family, we have 3 -- all Long-Hair Chihuahuas. They are a wonderful little breed. I also have some pictures on here on various posts of Buffy (she's super-tiny and very cute). Quote
