There was a picture of a blanket made out of six Labrador skins. Crested Posted May 10, 2003 Posted May 10, 2003 I saw this documentary about that on the TV... I couldn't watch it long... They showed how they ripped the skin of a dog! They cut open the skin around the neck and literally pulled the skin of the dog THAT WAS ALIVE AT THIS POINT!! Can you imagine the screaming?! I nearly threw up and started crying! I HAD to change the channel!! I couldn't look at that!! It's horrible enough to take a skin of a dead dog, but to rip the skin of a dog that is alive (hadn't got ANY drugs to ease the pain) is... There's no words for it! My hands get sweaty and I start freezing and shakeing all over again by just thinking about it! :cry: That was the first and last time they showed that documentary on TV.
