marion Posted May 7, 2003 Posted May 7, 2003 Yet more pics :D :D :D :D Dad and Rosie having a rest on our recent holiday to Pembrokeshire. Can't you tell she's a Daddy's Girl. :D :D :D :D Quote
marion Posted May 7, 2003 Author Posted May 7, 2003 Felt like we were at the end of the world. The coastal path is about 200 miles long. Felt like we walked most of it. Oh and it's around 500 feet at it's highest. Now I know what mountain climbers feel like. :o :o :o :o Quote
marion Posted May 7, 2003 Author Posted May 7, 2003 She also hates wooden bridges and this narrow stepping stone over a stream, notice how cautious she is. Ruby on the other hand is totally the opposite she jumps everything. :( :D :( :D Quote
marion Posted May 7, 2003 Author Posted May 7, 2003 Sorry guys and gals but this is one of my favourites :D :D Quote
marion Posted May 7, 2003 Author Posted May 7, 2003 Absolutely the last, enjoying dinner. We love mum's gravy :D :D Quote
pei obssessed Posted May 7, 2003 Posted May 7, 2003 Oh, such beautiful pictures... very beautiful girls! I love the ones in the water--I can't wait until Hippo will get into the water (I'm hoping once it gets warmer, she'll go in)... they look so funny when they're all wet 8) Quote
marion Posted May 7, 2003 Author Posted May 7, 2003 Thanks Pei, actually Rosie doesn't like water :( Quote
pei obssessed Posted May 7, 2003 Posted May 7, 2003 Isn't Rosie the one who in the water in 2 pictures? How did you do it? :) Don't tell me it's all in the camera angle! Quote
marion Posted May 7, 2003 Author Posted May 7, 2003 Rosie is the white English Setter. We managed to coax her in but she isn't keen at all. When we were away a few weeks ago we had a six hour walk and it was a sunny day. She couldn't wait to get in the water just to cool her feet off and I wasn't long in joining her, and let me tell you it was bliss on my feet. :D :D Quote
pei obssessed Posted May 7, 2003 Posted May 7, 2003 Sorry I confused your girls, Marion  Yeap, if Rosie's the English setter, I can see she's not that happy to be in. She doesn't like the 'great outdoors' that much, does she? No wood-bridge crossing, no steps, no water, and no walking please  I like her, she could be me :evilbat: Quote
marion Posted May 7, 2003 Author Posted May 7, 2003 Yeah Pei she just wants to laze in the sun all day :D :D :D Quote
ellieangel Posted May 8, 2003 Posted May 8, 2003 Once again Marion your girls are beautiful-as you know I love the gundog breeds and I'll never tire of your pictures-keep 'em coming.XXX Quote

marion Posted May 8, 2003 Author Posted May 8, 2003 So am I Behle and one of these days we are going to move to somewhere remote. We love it in the Highlands of Scotland, I'm always looking at property sites on the internet, maybe one of the remote Scottish Islands. Mind you I don't know what I'd do for my Saturday night out. Oh well you can't have everything. :( Oh and the girls enjoy it. :D Quote
marion Posted May 8, 2003 Author Posted May 8, 2003 Mind you Behle with Ben and Max you NEED wide open spaces :D Thanks Ellie, just let me know when you're fed up :( Quote
