rufus Posted June 27, 2003 Posted June 27, 2003 Ever since I was 12 yrs old, I'v wanted an Old English Sheepdog called 'Rufus' (don't ask me why as I really don't remember  ) Since I got married we've always had rescue dogs and never changed their names but on Tuesday my husband and children got me Rufus as a surprise for my 40th. Rufus - aged 13 weeks and adorable Muttley - Collie X from rescue shelter - I think he was named after the cartoon dog - lived to 16 yrs Podge - Retreiver X from rescue centre - was exactly what his name suggests - lived to 15 yrs Quote
