Kiger Posted January 13, 2003 Posted January 13, 2003 I should take a video of this. If I put some ice cubes in Kato's bowl he will bob for them and blow bubbles in the water. Once he gets one out, he plays hockey with it until it eventually disappears under the stove - where all things eventually end up. :) Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted January 13, 2003 Posted January 13, 2003 Mine don't like ice cubes, dang it. Quote

alicat613 Posted January 13, 2003 Posted January 13, 2003 Oh good idea!! Thanks! My puppy LOOOOOVES goofy games so I'll see what he thinks of this. I love having such a goofy playful dog! Quote
bullygirl29532 Posted January 13, 2003 Posted January 13, 2003 Lecter won't chase ice. he crunches it up, spits it out and then licks it back up. Quote
bk_blue Posted January 14, 2003 Posted January 14, 2003 Bk isn't into ice either. He used to do funny things with pasta though. Waaaay back when he was fussy, he wouldn't eat pasta but he loved the sauce that was on it, so he'd try to eat just the sauce but he'd end up eating the pasta anyway, it was hilarious seeing him trying to lick sauce off a bit of tagliatelle and seeing the whole thing get stuck on his tongue. humboldt505 Posted January 14, 2003 Posted January 14, 2003 Humby loves ice. We give her a cube and she runs to her couch and plays with it then burries it behind the cushions with all her other treasures. I am sure she is disapointed when she can't find it and hour later Quote
Black GSD Posted January 14, 2003 Posted January 14, 2003 My dogs do the same thing. They also "Dive" for cheese. If I drop cheese in the wyer bowl they will fish it out. Not quite the same as "bobbing" since cheese sinks. They also bob for apples in the summer. I put them in a 5 gallon bucket. Quote
eggrolyn1223 Posted January 14, 2003 Posted January 14, 2003 Duck loves ice too!!She never eats ice cubes though...they melt before she can do anything.. Quote
