Try and access the Richmond SPCA page at http://www.richmondspca.org/ I am getting UNAUTHORIZED, HTTP ERROR 403 - FORBIDDEN. I got the msg yesterday too but assumed it was an error on their site. May still be, if others cannot access it I will call them up tomorrow and ask about it. Thanks! Quote
