Just had to ask if anyone else had a dog so deranged that they actually licked shampoo off another dog being washed (and acted like she was really enjoying it) and that stole soap bars to chew on......??? Dresden is improving tremendously but I swear she is the craziest dog I've ever known in my life. She also was putting her feet up on the bathroom wall today to look in the mirror and is trying to figure out how to work door handles.

Can't help ya, Marble. My Peanut (Poodle) likes to eat deoderant. I have to keep it waaaaaaay out of her reach. :-?

Actually, since I scrub so many dog butts, I have noticed that a lot of dogs enjoy licking the shampoo. Go figure.

  Not laughing at you Marble but laughing with you... Dresden is so much like BK it's scary. He used to like stealing soap out of the bathroom when he was a puppy, he got told off for it enough times and he stopped. I guess he must have liked the taste because he had more than enough normal stuff to chew on... not that we let him chew it after we caught him though  I guess the thing you should be doing is scolding her for taking it (if you catch her doing it), and maybe putting it out of reach if you can?
Good luck!!

Charlie loves licking soap bubbles when your in the bath but as far has eating a bar of soap, hes never done that. However we did have a Boxer cross, Sadie who ate a block of Lurpack butter out the dish whilst in the kitchen when we were out...she jumped up onto the side. When I arrived home to see what she had done I let her out the kitchen so she bought the whole lot back up all over the stairs :o
