Guest Anonymous Posted November 14, 2002 Posted November 14, 2002 I finally am getting Isabelle to learn. I forget who it was that told me to teach a dog from putting her paws up on you. Well Isabelle had a habit of doing this.. Everytime I came home she would jump on me. Well I posted a message a while back and the person told me to just ignore them when they jump on you.. So I did.. And she sat down.. I started to pet her.. she jumped again and I ignored her.. Finally she sat while I petted her.. It was like a kodak moment.. I was tickled to death.. :-).. I told my girlfriend the same thing.. If one of us does it we both have to do it or the dog is going to get confused... :-( The next thing to conquor I guess is.. When we are on the couch.. She sometimes jumps on the couch or she'll jump on you or anything.. Sometimes its to get your attention.. Other times its to get to the cat :-).. Anyhow.. Sorry so long winded..
