Best Food and Simple Green

What is a good kind of dog food? I am debating between Wellness (which I think sounds better) and Eukenuba (recommended by vet). I do not want to do BARF at this point. Maybe if he has allergies but no signs of them yet.

Is Simple Green ok around dogs? I know that it is non toxic but is that to people only? It is really good stuff for cleaning!

I don't know a thing about Simple Green, but I do know Wellness and it is indeed FAR superior to Eukanuba. Eukanuba is basically high priced garbage. Go with the Wellness.

That is what I was thinking! I will have to order some from Foster and Smith since the closest place that now sells it is almost 2 hours away...the natural foods pet store in town closed last year and they sold it (along with great bird stuff!).

thanks newfie, I am going to switch as soon as I get it from fosters and smith since no one by me has it. And the simple green must be ok, it sure smells good! it does say non toxic on the back so I assume it is ok. Not like I'm going to let Frodo drink it or anything anyway.

I never did try Wellness, but have heard nothing but good stuff about it.

I have recently switched (or am still in the process of) my dogs to Natural Balance and they LOVE IT.
