He is a mixed breed, Bullmastiff and Rot..ok, so it was sort of an accident, as both parents are pure breeds, but still.....thankfully it wasn't done on purpose. While he is the love of my life, he is a HUGE handful. The lady that had him, raised toy poodles, so wanted to ditch him due to his size and ability to hurt the little dogs. He was given to a man, abused for 4 months, left in aweful conditions, and then I took him home. I think there is something to be said for mixed breeds...no one is gonna try to steal my dog! He "isn't worth the money" or so they say. While I don't believe in purposly playing with mother nature in breeding odd combos, I can be thankful that there ARE mixed breeds (never mutts!) in my world! Quote
