Guest Anonymous Posted September 14, 2002 Posted September 14, 2002 Went to the dog park today and there was a huge hound dog that looked like it weight at least 150 pounds. It came after Hollywood right away and his brother Hercules came over with his tail straight up and his back hair standing up. Of course nothing happened between the dogs. (Imagine a 5 month pit at 40 lbs wanting to defend his brother against a 150 lbs dog.) Perhaps the hound was just saying "I'm the King here right now". Goes to show you it's about proper training and not letting a pit know his/her potential. I also had been calling the dogs to me and letting them know it was okay, nothing to worry about. My boys are fantastic American Pitbull Terriers and I am proud of them! -Hollywood Quote
usmcbyrd Posted September 14, 2002 Posted September 14, 2002 thats good sh!t. im glad you know its all about the training. i believe dogs are like people, some are born a little meaner than others but can be changed if loved and trained. good on your dogs Quote
