When a Chinese Crested dog has zits. What to do?

Tell me what to do when a crested has a zit problem. Please!

I have a few crested books,
apparently they are like teenagers, as the go through
the growing up and maturing stages they too get zits.
Basically, just keep them clean. a freind of mine did used to squeeze
her dogs spots, that she says is ok with balckheads, oh what a great conversation :o
One other thing to remember is sun cream, they burn easily.

well for one thing you are NOT supposed to coat them with the lotions and creams that some books say you should
for this kind of skin disease you should be consulting both the breeder of your dog and your veterinarian for a solid understanding of how to handle this and if its something the dog will outgrow or not
some cresteds just have horrid skin problems that are hereditary
