Actually many Saluki people have these also and no they are not starved or starving they are not supposed to be fat (as we mostly all tend to keep our dogs in the US) they are supposed to be kept in 'hard' condition which is to say all muscle and thus lean as they are built for speed! Nothing like seeing a sight hound in good condition in full motion to make you catch your breath in awe! Quote
