Guest Anonymous Posted July 30, 2002 Posted July 30, 2002 i was just curious about the article...they said the baby was attacked by a pitbull...do they even have any idea what a pitbull is capable of doing?if the baby was truly attacked i really am surprised that she survived it...but instead she only suffered minor injuries...i have seen my pitbull attack a water buffalo once (i was shocked to this) and after the scuffle the poor animal (water buffalo) sustained so many bite wounds all over its body... i hope people would try not to jump into conclusions right away...maybe (this is just a theory of mine) the dog played with the baby, and since pitbulls are strong in nature, what seems to be playing for him would have been too much for the poor kid...again this is the fault of the parents...they shouldnt have left the kid unsupervised, even with a kitten... again, i am sorry to hear another bad rap on the breed of pitbull terriers...i really hope that someday they will get out of this stereotyping bull@#$! on pitbulls....
