Guest Anonymous Posted July 16, 2002 Posted July 16, 2002 My mom just "adopted" an 8 mo old puppy...she was told the breed was "Mirana"...no idea about the spelling. She was told it's supposed to be an excellent guard dog, friendly, easy temperment. At 8 months old it's about the size of a young german shep., all white, short coat. Has anyone heard of a dog like this? I've been searching dog breeds and haven't found anything remotely close to "Mirana". Please Help!! Quote

I will meet the new addition this weekend and am hoping it's not that breed, though. From what I've read they need a firm handler and my mom, although once an experienced handler, has been softened over the last 10 years with a cocka-poo and a terri-poo...both of which are lovingly refered to as my sisters! :roll: I'll post again when I have a better idea of what the mystery dog is.
