Peng1zrule Posted July 3, 2002 Posted July 3, 2002 if she is in heat, the sanitary pads for dogs are the same as the ones for humans. the only difference is price, really. and quantity. never having used one, I am not sure if you use pads or liners...liners you would have to change much more often, but pads may be too bulky for a small dog.
