That is terrible and so sad, who could do this to a defenceless animal, why are these thugs allowed to walk the streets is beyond me, they need more than being charged and being put in prison.     Quote

Guest Anonymous Posted June 6, 2002 Posted June 6, 2002 Man Charged In Dog's Fatal Burning A suspect was arrested Thursday in the death of a pit bull that was doused with gasoline and set on fire. Police said a 10-year-old suspect may be picked up Friday. Michael Grier, 18, is charged with cruelty to animals, maliciously killing an animal, and corrupting a minor. Police said Grier and the second suspect burned the dog May 22 in Pittsburgh's Garfield section, while neighborhood children watched. The 10-year-old has given a statement to police, WTAE's Jon Greineer reported. When police find him, he will be charged as a juvenile with cruelty to animals. Glad to see arrests are being made...wonder how easy they get off though. Quote
Guest Anonymous Posted June 7, 2002 Posted June 7, 2002 I want to nominate K to revise the American criminal sentencing guidelines. I support her sentence as opposed to the slap on the wrist I'm sure these two will get. Quote
