Guest Anonymous Posted May 14, 2002 Posted May 14, 2002 Hi, my friend recently lost a smooth haired border collie due to an adoption mix up (Everyone in her family and I warned her about shelters but she never listens). Now she constantly calls (day and really late at night)me up bawling her eyes out. Whining about how there will never be another dog like him and she will never own another dog, blah blah blah. She won't talk to anyone but me. She rarely sleeps. She has made herself sick over one dog. I'm trying to find one exactly like the other one in hopes of convincing her it's the same dog so I can get some much needed sleep. Any clues where I can get one? Oh yeah and whoever adopted her dog; thank you so much for the insomnia. Quote

I would suggest against trying to say its the same dog though. However, there are many many dogs, both smooth and rough coat and mixed that are constantly being added to the site. Quote
