deffinitely shephard bu basenji...not likely. he doesnt have the tail and what does his bark sound like?

Rebel just turned 1 a week ago and I was wonderng if anyone has a beagle cross brittney just to compare =))

He is about 12 inches, is beige and tan, has huge point ears and a curled up tail. We think he definitly has besenji beacuse of his head and tail but he does have a bark. Any help?
