I do not know about epilepsy in dogs but in children it starts suddenly without any warning- we would get a warning an attack was coming very soon (with in an hour) thats all

now thats spoiled it :( we wanted to think it was the same dog all though the movie

only you know when the time is right for you. I like to use the word complement rather than replace good luck with the new dog :D
