my od razu szukalismy mieszkania 'pod psa'. i to bylo kluczowe pytanie w rozmowie z wlascicielami. wiadomo, ze na odchodnym nie zostawia sie szamba.. chyba ze najemca jest po prostu chamem i tego nie potrafi zrozumiec. poza tym, w umowach, ktore spisywalismy z wynajmujacymi jest zastrzezone, ze mieszkanie nie moze zostac oddane w stanie gorszym niz ten, w ktorym bylo nam przekazane. inaczej to my pokrywamy koszty. a ze znalezlismy mieszkanko, w ktorym mieszkal wczesniej starszy pan, a ostatni remont byl chyba ze 20 lat temu, to nie musimy sie o to martwic;)
